Values, which a paramount to our young, biodynamic winery in the very south of Austria. Here, at the shores of the lake Längsee, we solely focus on Burgundy grape varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Very simple: They become a vintage white blend, a red wine, a Sparkling, or a skin-contact white.
It is our philosophy to capture the true essence of the grape and it´s original place, showing a pure, natural vintage wine, unblemished by technical interventions. After spontaneous fermentation our wines ripen inbetween 12 and 48 month in big oak barrels. We believe in our bond with the environment, and responsibilities, which come therefore along. For the soil we stand on, as well as for the people we live with.
